These Terms of Service are subject to revising, editing, and additions without notice. Please read these terms and conditions, in commissioning me you are agreeing to them!

ARTIST RIGHTS
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any given reason.
I reserve the right to charge additional fees for complexity, difficulty, size and medium of each piece.
I have the right to post commissioned pieces in my portfolios, galleries, and commission examples.
GENERAL
I am a 'Western-Inspired' illustrative artist. I do not recreate realism or draw particularly 'anime' styled artwork. Please keep my style in mind when commissioning me.
Creative freedom is always welcomed, but feel free to be specific!
I WILL DRAW (strengths)
Anthropomorphic/furries, 'feral' (quadrupedal) animals, humans, OCs, fanart, My Little Pony, humanoids, monsters, dragons, natural scenery, food, fantasy settings, 'real world' settings. Artistic nudity, violence and gore will be considered on a case-by-case basis!
I WILL NOT DRAW
Hate imagery or offensive themes, complex science fiction settings such a space crafts, mechas, high tech vehicles, or complex armour. Female artistic nudity is accepted (no explicit genital shots), but male genitalia, tasteful or not, will not be drawn at this time.
PAYMENT AND PROCESS
I accept PayPal only. I use PayPal invoices.
Payment must be made on completion of an approved sketch.
I am happy to draw out a sketch before payment. However, once the sketch has been approved, no work will be continued until full payment has been made.
Payment is required in full before completion of a commission.

Clients are encouraged to check in when they feel it's necessary for updates, assurance or reminders. Public updates will also be made via my Twitter and via my Trello page!
Turnaround time can vary. I do work a part time day job. Most art is completed on a Friday-Monday basis.
If the Client wishes to cancel their commission after the approved sketch and payment, they will be refunded 50% of what they paid.
If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during or after the colouring stage they will not be issued a refund.
I reserve the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude and/or inappropriate behaviour.
USING MY ART
I retain the right to display all commissioned work on my personal website, social media and art galleries online. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the I can delay public showcase at your request until after the gift has been received so as not to spoil any surprises!
I retain ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork for use as promotional material and to be featured in my galleries.
Do not trace, edit, sell, or claim my artwork or designs as your own.
Do not remove my watermark or signature.
The Client retains all rights to their respective characters.
You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but do not alter the artwork itself. You may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is required in the form of a link back to one of my galleries, my Twitter account or this website.
My TOS and prices are for private work only. Do not use my art for commercial purposes. If you would like to commission me for commercial purposes, please email me so that we can discuss the work!
I may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Commissioner for other commissions or personal works.
